Who I am? I am an enthusiastic coach, and mentor who approach life with lightness.

One of my passions is traveling and integrating cultures into my own existence.

My favorite book is Life in Color by National Geographic Photographs, and Shine is my favorite color, as highlighted by the quote from Marc Jacobs.

My secret talents lie in my ability to help individuals flourish and develop their most powerful tools: staying connected to oneself, using imagination to create, and trusting intuition to follow the path of the soul.

Among the women who inspire me the most, let’s mention Oprah Winfrey for her body of work, Martha Stewart, Kate Spade for their pure creativity, Christine Michaud, for her way with words and her promotion of others, and Mélanie Grégoire (my twin sister) for our complicity, her pink glasses, and her unconditional love. My mother Lyse Chevalier Grégoire gave everything to her family despite her multiple sclerosis diagnosis. She took care of my father (my hero) who suffered from Parkinson's until his last breath. They all remind me to live a life of creativity, hope, joy, and love.

A quirk about me: I love listening repeatedly to Gloria Gaynor’s song I am what I am song.

Don't be impressed by my studies. They don’t define who I am or my value to society. Behind these degrees is what nourishes me the most: learning, meeting, and discovering people, creating AHA moments, and inspiring myself to help my clients break free from stagnation and reach the next level.

I draw a lot of energy from connecting with the beauty of nature and the singing of birds.

I neglected oil painting on canvas too much, so I’ve decided to get back to it because I need this TIME FOR MYSELF, and I don’t want to have regrets.

I love all my clients, even the grumpy ones. I am delighted to guide them to bring out the best in themselves and create an echo and impact that inspires others to do the same.

I love my life, my family, and my friends. They are everything to me.
